SharePoint Services es ahora SharePoint Foundation 2010, y ya tenemos bastante informacion del tema, vamos a iniciar con las caracteristicas de Hardware Necesarias :

La Base de datos mantiene dentro de todo los mismos requerimientos que SharePoint Services 3:

Uno de los temas interesantes es esto : You must download the Microsoft Server Speech Platform and the corresponding speech recognition language to make the phonetic name matching work correctly for SharePoint Search 2010. Ensure that you apply these to all servers in the farm.
